With a New Year in full swing, many people make the traditional “resolutions.” Some may see January 1st as an opportunity to start FRESH and there’s nothing wrong with that, however, you can set goals any time of the year. If you want something bad enough, you can start any month, week, day or hour!
Writing down a long list of goals you want to reach within the year can seem overwhelming. So let’s break it down a bit. Take some quality time for yourself and think about 10 goals (no more) you are eager to achieve in the next 90 days. It doesn’t matter how big or small if they are personal or for business as long as they are important to you. What will make you happy? What do you want? What will take a load off your shoulders? What will help reduce your stress? What will help you in your business or personal life? What will make things better for YOU? There’s no right or wrong goal to set, it’s all up to you.
Now let’s get those 10 goals on paper. When you write something down, you’re likely to be more focused and excited, thinking about how you will feel when those goals are accomplished. Once you have them written down, put the list in a place where you’ll look at it every day…that’s a very important step. If you choose not to print your list, use it as a screen saver on your PC or mobile devise as long as it’s visible.
