Being a parent is an emotional roller coaster, I don't know any other way to put it!  It's down-right the most rewarding and stressful experience one can have. I came to a point in my life and realized I wanted to communicate with my kids at a healthier and intimate level. Be an example and teach them how to deal with emotions. As a parent, we want the best for our children no matter how old they are. Guide them to be productive and responsible teens and adults. Unfortunately, based on the world we live in today I don't see it getting much easier for our younger generations.

I started to question my parenting style and I wasn't impressed. I knew I could do better, I wanted to do better. When it's my time to leave this earth, I want my children to remember me not only as a loving and caring mother but one who guided them into a world of Mindfulness. A place where they know who they truly are, a place where they have control over their emotions, a place of noticing every moment, a place where their heart is full of kindness and non-judgmental. Therefore, leaving a path for my grandchildren and future generations to follow. In order for this to happen, it starts with us parents. It's our choice to set the foundation for our loved ones.

Mindful Parenting with FREE Initial Session

Sessions will include the following topics, can also be customized to fit your needs:

  • Start with the end in mind. What type of parent do you want to be remembered as
  • Parenting based on your own core values not of others
  • Identify and control your emotions and feelings before reacting
  • Distraction control, how to be present in every moment, enjoy the little things
  • Acceptance and empathy.
  • Getting stuck in your own thoughts
  • Creating, enhance a healthy morning routine
  • Confidence booster, what are your current strengths, let go of regrets
  • Triggers, what sets you off quickly?
  • Enhance, reconnect and bond the relationship
  • Bring balance into your life and household
  • Enhance your quality of attention and listening skills, be curious
  • Creating overdependence, are you helicoptering over your children
  • Manage your daily energy (aka time) to help with balance
  • Perfection, expectations, pressure you add on yourself and children

This is a 16-week journey, one coaching session per week

Cost- 16 weeks, 16 sessions

1 payment in full $3,300

2 payments of $1,700 ($3,400)

4 payments of $875 ($3,500)

The first payment will be due prior to 1st session.

Invoices will be sent to the client via email where major credit cards are safely accepted.

Why 16 Weeks?

Mindfulness isn't something that happens overnight,  it's a journey to a new path.  This type of transformation takes time, consistency, patience, and practice, practice and more practice. Being Mindful is not a quick fix, it's a permanent bliss of awareness. There's definitely a learning curve but the most difficult part is making the Choice to start. You may encounter resistance from yourself or others, you may doubt your capability but I will be with you every step of the way!
